EXPOCAD by A.C.T. Acquires Advantage Media, Launches EXPOSNaP

March 8, 2016

During the EXHIBITORLive! 2016 show in Las Vegas, EXPOCAD by A.C.T. announced it had acquired Advantage Media, a custom publishing, consulting, advertising and sponsorship sales company.

The acquisition will couple EXPOCAD’s leading-edge products with the sales and marketing experience of Advantage Media to create a new class of products and services business unit known as EXPOSNaP.

The EXPOSNaP team will work with show organizers and exhibitors to increase visibility utilizing marketing opportunities available in the EXPOCAD® suite of online responsive design products.

The burden show organizers experience to help exhibitors help themselves is off loaded to the EXPOSNaP team, allowing show management to focus on exhibition floor space sales, while eliminating time constraints and need for more manpower.

The EXPOSNaP team will be devoted to exhibitor & sponsorship marketing opportunities and will increase overall revenue. "

EXPOCAD’s continued global growth will be intensified by this acquisition" said Rich Stone, CEO of ACT/EXPOCAD.

He added, "We will leverage the over 10 years’ experience of Advantage Media by providing our customers with a dedicated, talented and established source for sales and marketing services. Advantage Media is the right fit for us in terms of expertise and corporate culture. We needed an organization that knows how to talk to exhibitors and be a proper extension of the show organizer’s team. We are looking forward to working together and delivering advanced value to our customers.”

Advantage Media will become an EXPOCAD® by A.C.T. Inc. business unit operating in Roswell, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. All current and ongoing contracts and efforts will be unaffected and supported through EXPOCAD® by A.C.T. Inc.

"Given our close partnership, we have seen firsthand the many benefits our relationship with EXPOCAD® brings. As the world's leading provider of exhibition software and proven technology leader, we look forward to the many opportunities ahead," said Jim Bauschka, founder/vice president of sales, Advantage Media LLC. "

He added, “We believe that as part of the EXPOCAD team, we will be developing more innovative marketing programs and services. Together we expect to drive significantly higher valued opportunities for our customers around the world. We look forward to a smooth transition with a turnkey solution already in place."
