CES2018 set a record with 63,784 international attendees - more than a third of the entire show attendance - according to a final audit report that will be released by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), owner and producer of CES.
The audit also confirmed 4,473 exhibitors across a record number of 2.78 million net square feet of exhibit space. ASAE will recognize six associations with the 2018 Summit Award, the highest recognition under The Power of A Awards. The six organizations will receive their awards Oct. 3 during the 19th Annual Power of A — Summit Awards Dinner at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.

Exhibition professionals around the world came out in record numbers for the third Global Exhibitions Day (GED) June 6.
Not only did this highlight the industry’s role as a driver of economic growth, but also established GED 2018 as the biggest day of advocacy for the exhibition world so far, with 85 countries taking part, according to data from UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
