The FMB – Mechanical Engineering Show is much more than a regional trade fair; since 2005, it has been the central meeting point in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) region for the essential concerns of mechanical engineering in the areas of development, design and production of machines and systems. At the heart of one of Germany’s most powerful mechanical engineering clusters, the trade fair represents the entire spectrum of the supplier industry for mechanical and plant engineering, including industrial services and special machine construction.

As a supra-regional platform, the FMB also stands out for its role in presenting innovations and applications in the context of automation and digitalisation. This is where managing directors, product developers, buyers, designers and decision-makers can find suitable solution partners to optimise individual components, machines, production processes or complete solutions.

The FMB not only offers a standardised stand construction concept, but also a comprehensive service package that enables exhibitors to take part in the trade fair with minimal preparation and personnel costs. At the FMB, the atmosphere creates a space for encounters at eye level.

The story extends beyond the numbers – it reflects the tangible benefits brought to small and diverse-owned businesses, fostering economic empowerment in their communities.    MGM Resorts also supports the development and business skills of diverse-owned businesses through investment, mentorship and education. Through the MGM Resorts Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, the company identifies, mentors and develops diverse-owned businesses to fill its future pipeline, while providing businesses with tools and resources to empower and uplift.
