Who spoke at the Global Wellness Summit and what did they share? Here are five wellness speakers to consider for your next event.
Director of Body and Brain Wellness Dami Kim shared practices for connecting body and mind to promote creativity. She taught attendees about the “water up, fire down” technique for promoting optimal energy levels, cognitive function and overall well-being. Watch this video on how to do it.
Coordinated Response on Wellness (CROW) Practice Founder and Owner Kristine Iverson discussed strategies for keeping calm during chaos. She walked attendees through the spiral technique, which uses a thought ladder to promote an upward vs. downward spiral of thoughts.

As a Fortune 500 speaker and a seasoned team leader and storyteller for prominent brands, Nolan specializes in interactive, engaging keynotes and workshops that focus on increasing workplace belonging and personal and professional well-being.
