Reed Exhibitions has partnered deal with the China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition General Corporation to co-produce Pollutec China, a major international environment protection trade event set to debut in South China next year.
The agreement is an important development following Reed's successful strategic agreement with the China Foreign Trade Centre (CFTC) in January of 2015.
Starting in 2016, Pollutec China will debut as a show focused on industrial environment protection, treatment and resource optimization in China, Asia’s biggest market.

The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (“HKCEC”) has recently revamped its website, (www.hkcec.com), adopting the new ‘Responsive’ technology.
It is now fully available for desktop as well as mobile phones, tablets and other mobile devices with different screen sizes and configurations.
More than 70 percent of the 20,000 daily visitors use their mobile devices to visit the HKCEC website. The revamp provides them with user friendly navigation, along with enhanced services and easy to access information.

Laying the foundation for the eventual departure of Joe Loggia, CEO of UBM Advanstar, at the end of the year, UBM Americas has made several new appointments to its U.S.-based Fashion Group, including bringing Chris DeMoulin back into the fold.
DeMoulin, who previously oversaw Advanstar's fashion business, serving as president of the biannual MAGIC series of shows from 2008–2012, was named managing director of Fashion for UBM Americas, reporting directly to Simon Foster, CEO of UBM Americas.

More than 180 attendees, including fastest-growing show winners representing the top 50 shows, as well as their guests and sponsors, all came together to celebrate at the 2015 TSNN Awards Nov. 6-8 in Atlanta.

The 2015 NACS Show attracted a record 24,392 registered attendees, of which 9,038 were classified as buyers (retailers, convenience distributors).
The total number of registered attendees, which includes Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) buyer registration, was 3.3-percent higher than last year and topped the previous attendance record set in 2004.
The 2015 NACS Show also attracted a record 2,490 international attendees representing 73 countries, which was another record, showcasing the event’s importance to the success of the global convenience and fuel retailing industry.
