Deutsche Messe AG’S Motion, Drive and Automation Event Collocates with IMTS in 2014

With the successful debut of Germany-based Deutsche Messe Ag’s INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION NORTH AMERICA alongside the International Manufacturing Technology Show in September at Chicago’s McCormick Place, the company has decided to try their luck again.

In 2014, again collocated withthe Association for Manufacturing Technology's IMTS, Deutsche Messe will debut the U.S. edition of the Motion, Drive and Automation event.

“The success of INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION NORTH AMERICA showed that the core competence from the HANNOVER MESSE portfolio perfectly complements the manufacturing technology fair IMTS,” said Dr. Andreas Gruchow, member of the Managing Board at Deutsche Messe AG.

He added, “Nothing demonstrates our commitment to developing our activities in North America better than MDA NORTH AMERICA, which will serve as a perfect platform for exhibitors from power transmission and control technology on one of the biggest markets in this sector.”

 Larry Turner, CEO of Hannover Fairs USA, a subsidiary of Deutsche Messe AG, said, “Following the successful launch of INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION NORTH AMERICA this year, we expect MDA NORTH AMERICA will be just as successful when it debuts in 2014.” 

MDA NORTH AMERICA provides manufacturers with an effective showcase for products from every sector of mechanical power transmission and control technology, as well as pneumatics and hydraulics.
