Concurrent events, SIGN CHINAand LED CHINA, concluded earlier this week at the China Import and Export Fair Complexin Guangzhou. The four-day events were held from 23rd to 26th February and were organised by UBM Trust,one ofUBM Asia’s joint venturesin China.

Diversified Communications Australia recently concluded a record-breaking edition of the Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition (AOG) at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre. According to the latest figures, more than 550 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions joined the three-day trade show which took place from 19th to 21st February 2014.

The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) recently released 2014 first quarter results of Thailand’s MICE industry. Covering the period from October to December 2013, the country received 186,864 MICE visitors who contributed US$491.8 million to the local economy – that is up 5% and 6% respectively compared with the same quarter in 2013.

Tarsus Group and E.J. Krause & Associates have expanded their partnership even more by adding the planned launch of Industrial Print Expo next year.
Industrial Print Expo will be Mexico’s first trade show exclusively dedicated to industrial print within manufacturing, according to show officials.
The 2015 event will be collocated Feb. 3-5, 2015, with Expo Manufactura at Cintermex Monterrey.

People looking to start their own businesses flocked to Houston recently for Franchise Expo South, with 11,000 attendees checking out 200 different franchise opportunities.
Held Feb. 6-8 at the Reliant Center, while most of the attendees came from the local area, potential franchisees came from 38 states and 18 countries.
