Medical Fair Thailand on Tap in September in Bangkok

Messe Duesseldorf’s MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND, 6th International Exhibition on Hospital, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, Medical & Rehabilitation Equipment & Supplies will open its doors Sept. 12-14 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok.

The exhibition will bring international manufacturers and suppliers from the healthcare and rehabilitative sectors closer to the Thailand and Indochina market to meet the growing demand for the latest medical products and technology, according to show management.

Imports of medical devices to Thailand and Indochina are expected to increase with the improvements of the economy.

In recent years, the market growth rate was estimated to be approximately 12 percent, which was mainly generated from private hospitals and is expected to improve further, according to show management.

The exhibitors at MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2013 will showcase a wide array of state-of-the-art medical and health care devices, services and innovative solutions for inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitation care.    

The exhibition will serve as a meeting point for healthcare providers, medical suppliers, industry professionals, government representatives, hospital administrators, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals looking for the latest innovations in healthcare.

A total of 328 exhibitors and more than 5,000 trade visitors took part when the event was last held in 2011.

Organized by Messe Duesseldorf Asia, the subsidiary of Messe Duesseldorf in Germany, MEDICAL FAIR THAILAND 2013 has the support of the company’s worldwide network of representatives, as well as MEDICA – the leading international trade fair for the medical industry held annually in Duesseldorf.
