The exhibition will showcase cutting-edge technology, products, devices and apps to mobile professionals and mobile-passionate consumers. The topics of the conference include Applications, Devices, Embedded Mobile, Mobile Advertising, Mobile Broadband, Mobile Health, Mobile Internet, Mobile Money, Mobile Operator Strategies, Network Evolution, NFC, Retail in Mobile and Social Media, etc.
The app planet provides app developers knowledge of the popular mobile app marketplace. Finally, the deal hub is a live face-to-face platform that helps to connect qualified buyers and solution providers.
GSMA expects more than 500 exhibitors and 20,000 attendees to participate the inaugural expo in Shanghai. The former Mobile Asia Congress 2011 was held in Hong Kong last November.
John Hoffman, CEO of GSMA, was quoted saying, “The Mobile Asia Expo represents the evolution of our Asia-based mobile industry event and reflects the continued strong influence of the Asian mobile community on the global stage. The mobile industry continues to develop at an unprecedented pace, and nowhere is this more evident than in China, which is experiencing tremendous growth and is the world’s largest mobile market.”
