Hubilo Launches New Event Networking Platform

February 9, 2018

Hubilo, a company that provides eponymous event software that enables organizers to create, promote, engage and analyze their events and event attendees, has launched a new event networking platform meant to optimize the way people connect and interact at events.

Hubilo is India’s first all-in-one event management software provider and since its inception in 2014 has powered prominent events including the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017 and The Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017.

The new community platform, released in January, can be easily integrated with any event website or app. It provides a range of useful features including an event newsfeed, agenda management, attendee listing and filtering based on aspects such as industry, designation and meeting scheduling.

According to Vaibav Jain, Hubilo’s founder and CEO, the company launched the platform in an effort to engage attendees – and encourage them to engage with each other – in a fun yet efficient way, making events memorable and meaningful.

“We wanted to develop a platform that can revolutionize the attendee experience of an event,” Jain said.

Hubilo describes its networking platform as being similar to a social media platform exclusive to events, providing benefits to both show organizers and attendees.

“The platform is designed with one intention in mind; simpler, faster and convenient networking at events,” said Mayank Agarwal, co-founder and leader of Hubilo’s technical team.

Event marketers can leverage the software to engage with attendees prior to the event, build an immersive event community, get real-time feedback and facilitate word-of-mouth event promotion.

Attendees benefit from personal schedule management along with enhanced networking opportunities. The platform includes search and filter capabilities for better birds-of-a-feather “match-making” to peer messaging, content sharing and meeting scheduling functionality.

The event networking tools can be accessed via an app or a web-based community model.
