Exhibition management company, E.J. Krause & Associates (EJK), will join China-based Norinco, to co-organise the Beijing International Emergency Rescue Expo (ERE China) at Beijing’s National Agricultural Exhibition Center this year.
This year’s ERE China will be the third edition in the series, and will showcase the latest technology and products for emergency rescue and disaster management. ERE China will take place from 16th to 18th September 2013.
The previous edition of ERE China took place in August 2012, which attracted 70 exhibiting companies over 6,400 m2 of space.

A series of trade events will look to alternative venues as the closure of the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre nears for the redevelopment of the Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct (SICEEP).
Major shows including the Australian Fitness & Health Expo will relocate to Melbourne until the new facilities in Sydney come online. Major improvements are in the works for the Las Vegas Convention Center, some starting in the next few months. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Board of Directors unanimously approved the first phase for the $2.5 billion development of the Las Vegas Global Business District that will include an improved campus of the Las Vegas Convention Center, a World Trade Center building and a multimodal transportation hub.

In its fourth year in Denver, the SnowSports Industries America’s (SIA) Snow Show continued to hit its stride, despite some challenging times in the industry, with an increase in exhibiting companies and net square footage when it recently ran at the Colorado Convention Center.

With more than 65 medical groups selecting Atlanta last year as the site for future meetings, representing the largest number of rooms booked in the city for this segment since 2008, the destination quickly is becoming the go-to place for medical-related meetings.
